About Me

Raised in a small town outside of Austin, Texas, I grew up on the sets of television shows directed by my father, Felix Enriquez Alcala. Some of my earliest memories are of being on set and visiting costume departments, where I first became fascinated by how stories could be told through clothing. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to be part of that world.
I went on to study in New York City at Parsons School of Design, where I learned to fabricate garments, create patterns, drape, and sew. Equally important, I developed the essential skill of bringing an idea to life—from mood board to sketch to finished piece. After earning my BFA, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in costume design.
For the past 12 years, I’ve worked in costumes across a wide range of roles, including shopper, fitter, background costumer, principal costumer, Assistant Costume Designer, and ultimately, Costume Designer.
I look forward to continuing to build new worlds through clothing and costume, using design as a powerful storytelling tool.
